Dr. Paula Argacha

I am a specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with over fourteen years of experience caring for women across all stages of life. I provide expert care in general gynaecology, pregnancy care, contraception, menopause, endometriosis, fertility assessment, and breast health. I have a particular interest in breast pathology and breast ultrasound, including ultrasound-guided breast procedures.

I trained in Spain in major university hospitals and hold a PhD in Medicine and Surgery, as well as a Master’s degree in Breast Pathology. I have worked as a consultant in both public and private hospitals and currently combine clinical practice with teaching and ongoing research. My approach is practical, evidence-based, and always focused on understanding each woman’s individual needs.

I believe women deserve to feel listened to, respected, and supported. Many gynaecological and breast concerns are personal and sensitive, and I aim to create a calm, safe space where patients feel comfortable discussing their symptoms and questions.

I value clear communication, honesty, and personalised care. I take time to explain findings and options so that patients can make informed decisions with confidence. Patient safety, clinical quality, and continuity of care are always my priorities.

My vision is to provide high quality, compassionate women’s healthcare that improves both physical health and quality of life. I want every woman to leave her consultation feeling heard, reassured, and with a clear plan.

I aim to offer modern, specialist-led care for everyday gynaecological concerns as well as more complex conditions, in a service where women feel supported, respected, and confident in their care.
